The property was a nice home. It was clean, it was convenient. I knew it was pet friendly before I arrived, though I had no pet. This led to the only slightly negative experience, which was that the couch and the towels had a distinct pet smell. Not a big problem if I had brought my own towel. Oh well, I’ll know next time I go. It was a very nice place outside of that little issue. The kitchen was very helpful. The communication was great. In the end it was basically met all the criteria we needed.
Nice and quiet neighborhood. Very close to Bay City State Park. Would be nice to have additional cookware, ie Slow cooker then dinner would be ready when you got off the water. Would definitely stay again
