Loved holiday house - return guests love it too! Explore the heart of Normanville on foot and with a short walk to the beach there really is no need to use your car.

Sea breeze Retreat at Normanville is located in the idyllic beachside town of Normanville, and is in a central location to both the beautiful Normanville/Carrickalinga Beach and all the local cafes and dining on offer - all within footsteps to shops/cafes/local pub and a short walk approx 650 metres to beach.

The front and back yard is fully fenced so it is a wonderful space for children - with natural shade and lawned areas, perfect for couples, family groups and girls weekends away.

4 bedrooms, 1 full and 1 half bathroom, this home can comfortably entertain 8 people.

Master bedroom includes linen, please bring top and bottom sheet plus pillow slips for other beds. Quality quilts and pillows provided :)

If linen is required ie, interstate or overseas traveller please advise, linen hire can be arranged at an additional charge.

As you enter you will be greeted by the light filled entrance turning into a brand new chef's kitchen, home to a large island bench and all the modern appliances needed to cook for the crowd. The large open plan living space with chaise lounge and large flat screen television complete the area.
A second separate living area with bar offers extra space - wall mounted TV with WII gaming and games available for use.

Newly built large rear deck offers a great outdoor space to enjoy a starry winters night or cool summer evening.

Enjoy an easy weekend away with your friends and family or partner with anther family to halve the cost and double the fun.

Only a 50 minute drive from Adelaide, you will enjoy complete relaxation and once you have arrived it's an easy short stroll to the beach or local cafes and restaurants.

With so many local attractions, you won't want to leave. Enjoy in both the warm and cooler months. The beach provides year round enjoyment, on your doorstep is local wine-tasting or catch the Ferry to Kangaroo Island for the day!

Experience at sea breeze retreat

Property was very well located and within walking distance of places to eat and shops. Check in process was very simple and easy. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property could have been better, there was a bench seat in the master bedroom that had several stains on it, the small bar/retreat room outside smelt stale and the outdoor furniture was quite dusty.

Great location right on main road. Large house with lots of rooms. Had everything we needed. Only one bathroom .It does have another separate toilet . Misleading on the website. Only the main bedroom had sheets and towels. We had to bring our own towels and bed sheets for other rooms. Overall we had a lovely stay . Susie was lovely and easy to communicate with and met all our needs.

Amazing Week Long Stay

We had an amazing week long stay at this wonderful house. It was perfect for our young family. Close to the beach and shops...we didn't need to use our car for days. Instead we walked everywhere. The house was beautifully presented and well equipped with everything we needed. It was lovely having the room out the back where our children could retreat to watch TV or read in their own space. The back yard was huge and we loved hanging out here in the evening. The Kookaburras topped off a perfect visit!

Fabulous holiday property in an excellent location. All the amenities and more than you need. The garden is lovely and the rear entertaining area is fantastic. We had our dog with us and as the property’s is fully fenced it was ideal.. The owners were wonderful to deal with. Will definitely return.

Excellent Summer Break

Thanks so much for your house. The place was large, comfortable, stylish and well appointed with everything we needed. Very handy to both shops restaurants and the beach. Being dog friendly was a huge bonus for us with a large enclosed back yard under the beautiful lemon scented gum. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will be back. Thanks again.

Fantastic family home

Just spent 3 very relaxing and enjoyable days at this lovely house. Great position as so close to restaurants, shops and supermarket but also just a short stroll to the beach . Very clean and comfortable and we loved the games room , back yard and deck area .

This has to be one of the nicest homes We have stayed at Susie n Jamie your home was perfect close to normanville shops (walking distance 1 min on main road 4 big bedroom all with ceiling fans the kitchen/ dining/ lounge all open plan living and very modern The bathroom was my favourite with that deep bath which I utilised every night after a busy day The kitchen had everything we needed to cook up a storm on xmas day Big spacious bk n front yard with well fenced off for our fur baby The beach is just a 10 min walk and yes I waked to carrickalinga which took me n my fur baby 40 mins along the beautiful beach Thank you for making our Christmas family reunion a memorable one as we made some amazing memories I don’t have any negative feedback because it was just PERFECT 🌹 Definitely will book again x

Perfect for 2 families, lots of secure yard for kids. Awesome kitchen and outside deck area. Our kids loved the tree swing and older kids enjoyed free bike hire from Yankalilla. Highly recommend!

We love this area of the Fleurieu Peninsula - and have spent many many summers here. Our home is in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, and we are local to Adelaide.

Why they chose this property

Secure parking, fully gated property that is suitable for all ages, and pets also. In an ideal part of Normanville just moments to all local eateries and essentials. Only a short walk to the beach, and much of the walk is shaded by the iconic Morton Bay fig trees if it is a hot day. The beach also has a fully licensed cafe with amazing fish, chips, burgers and gelati. The newly built pontoon is an extra bonus - a short swim out with much fun diving off and the kids love just hanging out on it!

What makes this property unique

Secure - room for multiple cars or boat. Shaded front and back yard. New deck. Pets by request. Safe and gated for dogs - no concern that they will escape as we have this covered! (currently no pets sorry) Beach is dog friendly - refer to signs for off leash times. Shade underneath jetty if you don't feel like bringing a shelter.
