My wife and I purchased this property in January of 2025 and it's a been a labor of love since. This roadside motel has been upgraded into a variety of short term upgraded rooms from small 1 bedroom motel rooms to spacious double size deluxe rooms. There is a bar & grill on site to where you will likely find me in the kitchen cooking or on the property elsewhere. We recently added a coin operated laundromat, and RV Park!
I enjoy meeting the guests as they arrive if possible and giving them a quick tour and info they might need.

Why they chose this property

The area is fantastic because you are right by the whitewater rafting on the Ocoee River, downtown Copperhill, and Ducktown. Also just a short drive to Murphy NC & Blue Ridge GA.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because this place has so much to offer than just a place to sleep. Also included on site is a bar & grill with drive thru, full menu, ice cream, coffee, breakfast on weekends, open 7 days a week, ice vending machine, fire pit area with logs, laundromat, rv park, and more!
