Cathy was an amazing host! She checked-in on us and made us feel like family! We came to Blue Ride on our “Babymoon” before our son was born. We cannot wait to take him here as he grows up! We LOVED our stay!! Make sure to check out the gazebo and feed the goats!!

Well we weren't told we would have to lug cooler and luggage up stairs to the house. We are old and concrete steps beside gmhouse or basement steps were only option. We loved the old farmhouse. It brought back many good old memories. My biggest peeve was the traffic on hwy 76. Which i understand thats out of owners control. But had I known i couldnt hear the stream which was advertised on VRBO. I would not have chosen that property. I would love to have been there back in the day.I loved the way that kept a lot of home the same as well as adding modern convenience items

Roomy comfortable country stay near NW GA outdoors. Blue Ridge is cute town with plenty of coffee shops and food. Helen Christmas Alpine area just a hour away. Very laid back and relaxing. Great host.

Wonderful stay on a picturesque property, in a historic home lovingly maintained by the same family that not only grew up in it, but has called this area their own for generations. With a mineral spring bubbling up next to the house, two mountain streams coursing through the property, and lush farmland surrounding you, it’s the perfect place to relax, sit back on the porch swing, and immerse yourself in one of the few places left that captures the authentic character of these mountains, and the people who for so long have called this land home.

Booked a weekend trip and it was lovely. Yes the house is old but adds on to the charm!! The owners are great and right around the corner! This rental was absolutely perfect for a sister reunion weekend! The farmhouse was exactly as described and the location was incredible! We had easy access to everywhere we wanted to go, and the house was lovely to come back to. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. Everything was amazing, I would definitely come back!
