The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put all dirty linens in the bathtub for the cleaner. Dispose of all garbage and Lock all doors and windows prior to check out, including the back slider.
Clean out refrigerator and cabinets. Please do not leave any food behind.
Leave all key cards and parking passes in the condo. If they are not returned there will be a $80 fee to replace them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
