*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.

*Access the pool with wristbands (4 wristbands and parking tag are hanging in the hallway) All 4 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)

*No mailbox for this location.

*Washer/dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is available with parking tag only, please hang it in your vehicle.

* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

In addition to the endless attractions nearby, fantastic shopping venues like Tanger Outlets and Coastal Grand Mall and hundreds of area restaurants are located nearby River Oaks.
