Stunning Corner Condo – Breathtaking Water Views & Modern A/C Comfort!

Cruz Views is tucked into a tropical hillside 160 feet above the town of Cruz Bay. The units all face southwest to capture lots of sun and picturesque views of turquoise seas by day, memorable sunsets at days end, and the twinkling lights of distant islands at night. It’s an easy walk into Cruz Bay (downhill) but the walk back to Cruz Views is a bit more challenging, especially if you have enjoyed a few of the island’s infamous rum punches.

Cruz Views #02 has a new name, El Capricho. This one bedroom (a/c in the bedroom), one bath condo is located in the upper right corner above the pool. El Capricho enjoys beautiful pool views as well as scenic vistas overlooking the Cruz Bay region and beyond.

For those who have stayed here before, you will enjoy seeing the new improvements that were just completed. For new guests considering a stay, El Capricho is a corner condo, and has a spacious wrap around deck. On the front deck, you will enjoy relaxing in the new rocking chairs, while gazing out at the views, or maybe you will prefer curling up in one of the oversized cushioned chairs, the choice is yours. When you enter through the new screened sliding glass doors, you will be welcomed by the colorful and inviting atmosphere at El Capricho. The new sectional couch is perfectly situated for you to be able to relax and look out towards the view or you can watch your favorite show on the the 43 inch flat screen Smart TV.

The kitchen is located just behind the living room and has new cabinetry and countertops. There is a 4 burner glass cooktop stove, a toaster oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and blender available for your use. You can easily prepare a delicous meal and for dining, there is a table for two on the side deck or an interior dining table that seats 4.

To the right of the living area, there are stairs up to the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a queen bed and a/c. You can sleep in air-conditioned comfort or if you prefer to sleep to the tropical sounds of the Caribbean, you can open the screened window and let the sounds and breezes of the tropics lull you to sleep. The bathroom is located at the end of the hallway and has a tiled shower.
