A beautifully updated corner condo featuring a private balcony, modern A/C, and breathtaking views that will leave you in awe.

Cruz Views is tucked into a tropical hillside 160 feet above the town of Cruz Bay. The units all face southwest to capture lots of sun and picturesque views of turquoise seas by day, memorable sunsets at days end, and the twinkling lights of distant islands at night. It’s an easy walk into Cruz Bay (downhill) but the walk back to Cruz Views is a bit more challenging, especially if you have enjoyed a few of the island’s infamous rum punches.

Cruz Views #07 – Happy Hour is beautifully appointed oversized corner condo with a split level a/c unit. Located to the right and below the pool area.

Happy Hour was completely renovated in 2018. When you first walk through the door, you will feel welcomed by its inviting and comfortable atmosphere. There are plenty of places to relax to enjoy the amazing harbor views and fiery sunsets. From the living room there are sceened sliders which open to the overside deck, which includes cushioned chairs, a love seat and for those wanting to sun in private, you can ‘catch some rays’ in the lounge chairs, all while gazing out at the spectacular views overlooking Cruz Bay.

The great room includes your living, kitchen and dining areas. The living room has a pullout sofa with a memory foam mattress, which can comfortably sleep 1-2 extra guests. The flat screen cable TV is available for you to watch your favorite sports team or favorite TV drama, and for those wanting to stay connected there is Wifi available for you to access.

The well equipped kitchen is located behind the living room and includes new cabinetry, new countertops, an electric 4 burner glass cooktop stove, a toaster oven, microwave, blender and coffee maker, as well as all utensils, dishes, pots and pans. The dining area comfortable seats 4 people.

The bedroom is located up a few stairs from the living room and includes a queen bed. Just down the hallway is your private bath with stone and tiled shower.

Great apartment in a great location

This was our first trip to the Virgin Islands and were blown away by the views from the apartment overlooking Cruz Bay. The sunsets were spectacular. The apartment was well equipped with all our needs addressed. We would advise a rental car if not for the short walk into town but to give easier access to all the incredible beaches.

Last minute vacation

We had to change our vacation plans to St.John last minute. The property was perfect and the management was responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed every day. We did have an issue with the AC which was fixed within hours even later in the evening.

Gorgeous views of bay and St. Thomas, clean and safe villa near Cruz Bay

The property itself was absolutely perfect - comfortable dining, sleeping and sitting areas, outside deck and super clean and safe. A little hairy to park but that's just the island. Property management company - mixed reviews. One person was very rude to us but everyone else was great when the air conditioner broke and shower got very moldy and not enough bedding linens. Otherwise, great!

Great view!

The location was very convenient for us, especially since we had a car, near all of the major roads. The view is fantastic, and the pool area is very nice. The condo is well equipped (dishes, utensils, beach chairs, ice chest, tv & wi-fi). The management staff was responsive. Be aware that the sun (in winter) is very strong on the patio area; we used the patio in the early morning and evening, but it was too hot for the afternoon (when we used the pool area). Also, the A/C unit was broken. Staff brought a bedroom unit and fan, but the situation was less than desirable, especially with the hot sun shining into the living/dining area.

Great location

The pool was a huge plus! The view is cool and it’s very close to town but it is VERY HILLY! The kitchen is well equipped but the “oven” is a toaster oven and is a little hard to use. The bathroom is nice and the bed is comfortable.

Cruz Views "Happy Hour" was a delight from the minute we unlocked the door. It was clean, well equipped/stocked, comfortable, and lovely. The view is spectacular from the spacious deck. We even made a lil' feline friend! We would definitely stay there again!

Same old reliable condo

Well, this was our fourth stay in the last 8 years at this studio condo. We happened on it just after it had been remodeled at the time. It has a great location overlooking Cruz Bay and the car ferry docks. The condo is very comfortable and cozy for two. There are 2 air conditioning units, one for living/dining and one for the bedroom. Either unit could hold temps for the whole house. We tend to use the A/C every trip to hold down the tropical humidity after a day on the beach. The unit has a nice kitchen with all of the various utensils we need. All in all, This is a great value for the island.

Great location and well equipped!

We really enjoyed our stay at Happy Hour at Cruz Views. The space was very much as described and completely delivered on the views. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable and we enjoyed the amount of outdoor space. Because this is a corner unit, it seemed to have extra space inside and out. The bathroom was nice, can tell it had been updated and the kitchen was functional with plenty of necessary utensils. Just know there is no proper oven, just a toaster oven. Additionaly, it appears some of the other units may have laundry but this one does not. The proximity to the pool was great and the pool area was well kept with plenty of seating. Much of our experience is also based on pretty much having the entire property to ourselves. We only ran into other people twice in 9 days. The only downfall to this property was the hill that you have to climb from town if you don't get a cab. Going down was fine, just take it slow and walk against traffic. Also, verify how late the cabs are running, during slow season the cabs stop early. We also rented a jeep which made getting around really easy especially to the grocery store for drinking water, etc. Restaurant recommendations: De Coal Pot for good Caribbean fare, Longboard for fresh, well made tropical food and Rhumb Lines for great tapas or small bites.
