- Pets are not allowed at this home. Owner has severe allergic conditions and a waiver form on file for service animals.
- Garage is locked for owner access
- The indoor fireplace is not accessible to guests due to liability concerns. We do have central heating in the home and the backyard fireplace is available for your use :)
- The Mesa is a family oriented environment, please adhere to our house rules and quiet hours in order for us to continue to operate legally :)

The Mesa is a charming, family friendly neighborhood just minutes from Santa Barbara`s top attractions. Shoreline Park, Leadbetter Beach and amazing walking trails are just steps away!

Quiet Hours begin at 9pm - 8am. Please be mindful of our neighbors that kindly allow us to rent our home next to them :)

*Few house reminders :) *Please put all trash in trash cans or bins to avoid any critters. If you go to the beach, please wipe/rinse your feet before coming into the home. We have tar removal spray/packets for use as well - please use these to remove any tar before entering the home. Before leaving the home, please turn off all lights and lock up, and if you don’t mind taking off your shoes before entry into the home it’ll help keep the place in great condition for all of our guests.
