Girls trip to celebrate my mom’s 80th bday. We walked, ate, drank, relaxed and shopped. It was a fantastic stay! Brent was very helpful when needed. I would definitely come back! The beds and pillows were so comfortable too!

The host was AMAZING and very helpful. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub was easy to use and it was SO NICE to have a fenced in yard for the kids to play.

Amazing few days in the perfect beach getaway!

We enjoyed a really relaxing few days in this cute holiday home near the beach. Great location and plenty of space for the family, thanks to Brent for being so attentive and going the extra mile to make our stay so comfortable.

Amazing stay

We had the best time in Santa Barbara, and this house was absolutely perfect for our group! Amazing location, close to the beach, close to downtown, plenty of parking, etc. Brent was super communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for wedding weekend!

My family stayed here for a wedding weekend in Santa Barbara and were super happy with the location, cleanliness and amenities of this house. Great for a group up to 8, would definitely stay here again!

The property is located in a great area on the mesa of SB, very close to town and the beach. The cute original cottage feel is perfect for casual relaxation, the back yard is glorious, many a coffee was had by all. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking, prepping and presenting supplies, basic dry condiments are already there too plus cooking oil (thank you). No dishwasher just as an FYI, there are many versions of coffee makers, Nespresso and ground brewers, water kettle, blender etc. Washer and dryer are big and efficient. The open area concept of the main living area suited us very well, we had a great time. Parking driveway fit two cars easily. We didn't bring our dogs, but definitely could have, both front and back yard are very secure and private. Could easily see ourselves back to visit.

Wonderful getaway

Wonderful location and beautiful home with very comfortable accommodations. I would highly recommend this rental for family, friends or just a personal getaway. I would come back again in a heartbeat!

The house was perfect. Easily enough space for a family of 6 adults with 4 good bedrooms; easy walk down to the water and in to SB. The backyard is amazing, comfortable, private with both hot tub and fire pit. Brent was a very responsive host. I would definitely stay here again!!
