The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take trash to trash cans located on the side of the house when checking out. Trash goes on Wednesday so take the cans to the street the night before and back to the backyard that evening.
Please remove all perishable food from the refrigerator, You may leave unopened containers/cans etc. Do not make any beds that have been used. Remember to leave the GARAGE REMOTE.
The HOA is very strict with cars parked on the street overnight and trash cans left out. You may park on the street during the day.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Ann was marvelous to work with. She let us come in early to drop off some food. My family had a very good time especially with the pool and spa. Neighborhood was quiet. It was an ideal situation for my family.

The location was excellent for spring training stadiums, and near lots of restaurants and shopping. The house was very clean, but some items were broken. It had some wear and tear. The host was excellent. Great communication, and responded right away with any issues.
