Modern "Treehouse" in Truro Hills

Overview:

Enjoy all the comforts of our modern home in the breathtaking Truro Hills. Ideally situated just minutes from Provincetown, Pamet Harbor, and the Cape Cod National Seashore, our home is the perfect getaway for family and friends. The house is newly refurnished, includes an A/C in the main living area, featuring 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with queen beds, an additional den with a double bed, and outdoor shower. Take in the sunset and gentle breezes on the expansive, multi-level deck, or relax in the large open concept living space.

The space:
Comfortable indoor furniture, kitchen supplies, linens, and towels. There is high-speed wireless internet and cable TV, along with AC in the main living area. The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and a large island for preparing meals. There is an additional full size refrigerator/freezer downstairs. There is a new Weber gas grill outside on the deck, along with a new outdoor dining set and lounge chairs. There are also new cushioned chairs, loveseats, and coffee tables on the extended octangular deck, with pristine views of the Truro Hills and Cape Cod Bay in the distance. There is an outdoor shower on the lower level, along with a washer and dryer. We provide linens, pillows, and towels.

Guest access:
Guests can access the main living area of the house without having to climb any stairs. There is a short staircase to the den and second master bedroom on the lower level. There is a garage studio located some distance from the house but this is off limits to renters. The owners store boats in this garage, and may need access to the building from time to time.

No excessive noise after 11:00 pm that disrupts the neighborhood

Check-in is anytime on Saturday after 4:00PM
Check out by 10AM the following Saturday

Paradise found. This spacious retreat nestled in the trees above Cape Cod feels far away from everything while really being near it all. It was the most well-equipped vacation rental we've ever stayed at; the rooms were well-appointed and the beds were super comfortable.The host was really responsive when part of our group had trouble finding the correct door; he was very patient in talking them through where they were and where they needed to be. All in all, fabulosity all the way around.

Treehouse

The house is lovely and up in the trees, just as it looks in the photos. There is plenty of space for 8-10 people or more, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve meals for a group. We had a great time.

Great getaway in Truro

The Treehouse was a lovely getaway and we already want to go back! The common spaces were wonderful, the decks especially, and the kitchen was so well stocked. Danny met us at check in and showed us around the house. Everything was very easy. Great location- a getaway that’s still a quick drive to ptown. We had a great time and would love to return in the future.

Impressive home

The Tree House is a beautiful home indeed, and the property managers are wonderful! The location is well-balanced for activities available in Cape Cod; whether your interests are P-town, Nantucket, Wellfleet, etc. The home is well stocked for times when you just don't want to eat out again and the amenities are state of the art including color-coded water temperature shower heads. Great place to stay!

Six of us had a great week at the Treehouse. The three bedrooms were comfortable, the living area was spacious, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The outdoor areas provided places to congregate, dine, and also have privacy when needed. Each room was nicely appointed with quality furniture, and amenities such as beach towels and beach chairs were greatly appreciated.

Beautiful home

The home was amazing; clean and well appointed. It truly felt like you were staying in a treehouse. Everything you could possibly need was there. The outdoor space was so peaceful and comfortable. The open layout was perfect for a large family. The host was so helpful and responsive and accommodating. Location is great; so close to Provincetown and all the Truoro beaches. Dream family vacation in Truro - Beachcombing

We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect stay during our recent four nights at the Truro Treehouse. The location and fully appointed house were well beyond my expectations upon booking it. I’d hoped for some wonderful family gatherings plenty of space in a scenic environment- but the view was breathtaking, our hosts had thought of and provided every item we could have needed aincluding a binder full of local info from beaches to bike rentals and restaurant tips. Great quiet stay in Truro

This treehouse is the perfect stay for a group. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and you would have no idea you are a couple of minutes from the beach! Not what you’d expect from a beach house but was peaceful and had beautiful and well kept outdoor space for relaxing and hanging out after a day at the beach. There were tons of games and dvds at our disposal so we were never bored, even on our rainy day stuck at the house. Danny and Nina were awesome! They happened to be at the house when we arrived so Danny walked us through the entire place to make sure we were set up for the week. They were also very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would HIGHLY recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. 4 nights. The entire house is re-modeled and modern. Very comfortable for multiple adults to stay with full upstairs and downstairs living area, bedroom and bathrooms. Very nice stereo system set up perfectly for plug and play. The decks are beautiful and set up with nice lighting, patio furniture and bbq. I feel like we made the right choice for our stay on the Cape!.

Danny and Nina have a beautiful property in a very special setting. Everything about our experience is as other reviewers have expressed. Beautifully appointed kitchen, well stocked and fun to cook in with a group that loves to cook and eat! 3 amazing Bedroom spaces with 3 bathrooms so all couples had their privacy. Great week at the Treehouse!

My entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Truro / Cape Cod at the Treehouse! The hosts were wonderful people and gave us a quick tour upon check in and were very responsive to any questions before and during our stay. The location was great for exploring this area of the Cape and its many beaches. The house itself was very clean and well furnished and equipped for cooking / grilling. Great, private deck surrounded by trees for relaxing with a nice breeze! There were plenty of DVD's and board games as well as everything needed for trips to the beach (chairs, coolers etc.) Overall, a great choice!

Our stay at the Treehouse!

Our stay at the Truro Treehouse was wonderful! We were a family of 5, traveling from Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Connecticut to gather for a family vacation at the Cape. There were many wonderful things about this home, and a few things that could use some improvement. First of all, the good! The space is wonderful. We all felt like we had enough space. There is an entire lower level that is private and spacious. We all loved the outdoor shower! That was one of the best things about the house. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed. The kitchen appliances are excellent quality and well-maintained. We loved the outdoor space as well. The deck was beautiful. A couple of our guests had to work the first few days of our stay, and the internet supported both of them. We were happy to find out that we could drink the water right from the tap. Water pressure and temperature were also very good. A few things that we feel could have been improved include the overall cleanliness of the house, and the fact that there is not an air conditioner in the house. The basic cleanliness of the house was good. However, the screens could use a thorough cleaning, and there were a few cob webs above the fireplace. We were unaware that there was no air conditioning in the house, so please pay attention to this if this is important to you. We were fairly comfortable without it, but the first night was very hot, and I felt bad for our guests in the main level bedrooms, as it was very hot. The communication with Danny and Nina was excellent! They are very good hosts. We had access to the beach equipment, including beach chairs and boogie boards. We really appreciated this. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Winter retreat

I stayed four nights in March to "get away from it all" and I couldn't have landed in a better treehouse. The house is situated high on a hill at the end of a private road and has all the creature comforts of home. More, because my kitchen isn't nearly that large or well stocked. The views are fantastic and everything about the house is exactly as pictured. Communication with Danny was a breeze as was check-in and check-out. I don't get up north often but if I come this way again, I will definitely stay in the Truro "Treehouse."
