Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood with a 10 minute walk to bayside beaches and the town marina in one direction and 10 minute walk in the opposite direction to quaint downtown Wellfleet with dining, shopping and art galleries. First floor - light and airy living/dining room, family room with queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen and full bath. Second floor, primary bedroom with queen bed and day bed with trundle. (2 twins). Front bedroom has queen bed. Back bedroom has double bed. Window A/Cs provided for bedrooms. Full bath.
Garden leads to outdoor shower, patio/deck for dining. Gas grill provided.

Great vacation!

We loved being in downtown Wellfleet—close to everything—shops, ponds, ocean. Property manager was there when we checked-in and he was super helpful. It was a great vacation, enjoyed by all.

Charming cottage well located near town and with a beautiful quick walk to Mayo beach with stunning bay views. Beautiful antiques among the furniture and a very well equipped kitchen. Sweet patio. Appreciated the many clean and fluffy towels.

A Cape Classic

My family and I had a delightful 2 weeks in the heart of Wellfleet. This rental was immaculate, with a well stocked kitchen ( abundant cookware, spices, and numerous cookbooks, too). Beds were comfy with crisp linens and host provided plenty of fluffy hotel quality towels. House was very accommodating for the 6 adults and 2 preteens. We were grateful For the TV services , the beautiful art work , and interesting book selections. One more thing, owner was always available to answer texts or calls. I cannot say enough about our experience. Thank you, Jill!
