Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1. Please ensure all personal belongings are packed and taken with you. 2. Please make sure you have taken out the trash and washed the dishes before you leave.
3. Switch off all lights and electrical appliances. 4. Close and lock all windows and doors. 5.Check out by 11:00 am to avoid any additional charges.
6. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO RETURN THE KEYS TO THE LOCKBOX, RESHUFFLE THE CODES AND SEND A PHOTO OF IT
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties or events. Only registered guests allowed, guest count must match booking. Violations lead to cancellation without refund and a $3,000 fine

Great location that is centrally located for everything in Memphis. There were 6 in our party and we didn’t feel cramped nor did our pups lack personal space. Host was very responsive and communicative. When we come back to Memphis, we’ll be sure to check here first. Highly recommended AAA.

Electrical not up to code. Had to leave early due electrical circuit breaker kept tripping. Electrical outlets not covered. Host wouldn’t refund days not stayed due to power issues.
