Welcome to Kaanapali Shores 405. This beautifully upgraded 4th floor ocean view 1 bed/1 bath condo features upgrades throughout while honoring classic Hawaiian style. Stay cool with central AC year round and this condo can accommodate 4 people. Admire the pacific ocean, sunsets, whales, sailboats, pool, & tropical landscape views from your private lanai. Kaanapali Shores offer a true resort experience with waterfalls, tropical landscape, restaurant/bar, day spa, fitness center & more. Honokowaii is a wonderful neighborhood on the Westside of the island with shops, farmers market, food truck park, restaurants, grocery store, and beach park.

The layout:

Common area: This condo features an open floor plan consisting of a fully equipped updated kitchen, central AC, dining table for 4 people, breakfast bar with 2 stools, Smart TV with cable, pull out sofa sleeper, and extra sitting chair. Classic and clean Hawaiian style.

Bedroom: King size bed, closet space, TV with cable, black out curtains, and central AC.

Bathroom: Updated bathroom with tub/shower condo and single sink vanity.

Lanai: Bistro table with 2 chairs and 1 sun loungers.

Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials starter kit, This includes laundry, luxury organic bath, make up towel, and kitchen essentials. We do not drop extra. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well.

Beach gear for your use is located inside the closet(NO snorkel gear). There are elevators and luggage carts for your use in the lobby. Take the elevator up to the 4th floor and your unit is conveniently located right there a few steps away.

This unit features central AC.
*NOTE: The doors do have to be shut to turn the AC system on as there are sensors

Kaanapali Shores offers a true resort experience with amenities like Pumana Day Spa, on site restaurant & bar, pool and spa, useable beachfront(tide will determine how much beach), Hula classes, fitness center(has a fee), shops, concierge desk to book local attractions/activities, lush tropical landscape, and more. No better place to make your Maui memories.

* Aston at Kaanapali Shores charges $10 daily parking fee which is not included in these prices.

We do have a $75 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered.

This area offers restaurants, beach gear rentals, and little shops all within walking distance. Close drive to Kapalua, Kaanapali, and Lahaina town this perfectly located on the westside.

PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.

Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
