**Although Leeton Lodge can sleep more, the maximum occupancy is 12. If you have more than 12 guests, please check with us and we may be able to accommodate for an extra charge**

This townhome is in the desirable Pinnacles Hotel and Suites. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the open concept it is perfect for your family or large group – sleeps 12. You can sit in front of the fireplace after a long day of skiing and enjoy the view.

There is also a great play loft for the kids overlooking the living room with a single foamie - to be used for play and not sleep as there is no bedding.

This property has great mountain views, backs directly on to the ski way (take a left for the Alpine Chair and a right for the Village and Gondola) and is a quick walk to the village.

Bonus: The hot tub is open year-round at no additional cost.

This townhouse has access to a fantastic common room with a comfy seating area, fireplace, books, board games, and a TV for your enjoyment. There will also be a brand new washer and dryer installed in the unit this summer.

There are two outdoor parking spots available for your stay.

Leeton Lodge is a fully equipped townhouse. Housekeeping is not included during your stay, but if you require additional housekeeping during your stay it can be arranged at an additional cost.

Please Note: Minimum of three nights required on July and B. C. Family day long weekends and five nights during the Christmas/New Years Period.
