We stayed for the month of July and found the home very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and being right on Georgian Bay! The house is in a great location close to Collingwood, Wasaga Beach and golf courses. Our host Steve was very helpful and responded quickly to a minor issue we had.We would recommend staying at this property and plan on returning next year.

Hi Ryan
So glad you all enjoyed the "snowy" family weekend! Thank you for taking good care of the place and yes, would be great to have you back! No question!!
My family and I had the best time, beautiful property and home. Water was so clean and clear we enjoyed our time together relaxing, swimming and taking in the beautiful sunrises. It’s close to everything you need and would want, being so close Collingwood and Wasaga. Steve was an excellent host, from check in to check out, will definitely be booking again!

Thank you Jen for your kind words. Hope to see you back again!
I cannot recommend this lake house enough. Location is perfect, close enough to anything you want to do, but right on the lake. The house has anything you need. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. House is nicely updated, with a big TV, a fireplace, and a fantastic view. My husband and I worked remotely from here and had good connectivity. I would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the yard more.

Kelsey, thank you very much for the kind words. You, your husband and pups are welcome anytime! We're glad you enjoyed the scenery and are gratified that you experienced the evolution into the snowy winter that you were seeking! You were incredible guests, thank you!
After getting situated and gaining our bearings Steve’s property was the perfect get away to lay low after a day in the sun and body surfing with the kids all along Wasaga beach. We felt like we were close to everything. Steve also had lawn games and kayaks ready for us to use, which the kids really enjoyed. We also enjoyed the large TV and large living room to enjoy our family movie nights!! Great memories, and would definitely recommend.

Jeff thank you for the kind words! So glad you and the family enjoyed your summer stay! If you so choose... hope to see you back!
Location is excellent, property is conducive to families and the owner was responsive but the interior of the house was very humid in spite of listing it as having air conditioning. It made it difficult to sleep.

Thank you Kenneth for your feedback. I am happy that you and your family enjoyed the property. I do have to clarify that the listing did not advertise nor filter for central air conditioning. Usually our large breezy bay and use of portable air conditioning fan / ceiling fans takes care of those warmer days. But it is food for thought for next year.
It’s a wonderful accommodation with a well equipped kitchen. The main bath has a deep tub and separate shower. The living room is large and seats 10 people comfortably. There are decks at the front and back with the front over looking Georgian Bay. Lots of ducks, geese and swans swimming along the shore. It’s well looked after and very clean. The location is between Collingwood and Wasaga beach which makes it conveniently located. Beside Wasaga’s beaches there are many places to visit in Collingwood as well as Blue Mountain. Lots of great restaurants.

Thank you! So glad you enjoyed the time with you family! You're friendliness and openness was appreciated! Hope to see you again!
I cannot say enough good things about my stay. Everything was awesome. The house was very clean and well presented with awesome views of the bay. Driving in to town was a breeze, less than 10mins. Plenty of places to walk my dog, trails and dedicated dog parks all close by. Walking around the neighborhood I met some lovely people, all happy to give a wave or have a little chat.
The host, Steve, is super friendly and accommodating. Had a slight glitch with WiFi but he went above and beyond to get it figured out.
There was a welcome pack on arrival with much needed coffee and essentials, even a gift for my pup upon arrival…so thoughtful and she loved her toy!
All in all a fabulous stay, wish I could’ve stayed longer and I will definitely go back again!
Highly recommended!
We loved everything about this property! I have stayed at many rental homes and this was the one that was the best equipped. We had everything we needed for an amazing week including 3 kayaks of varying sizes that fit our family perfectly. We brought our own paddle board to add to the fleet and spent much of the time on the lake which is just steps from the house. The lake is calm enough that I felt very comfortable having my 10-year-old solo kayak. The lake is also shallow for several meters out so kids can wade and swim. The house is beautiful inside, modern and impeccably clean. Very comfortable beds with plenty of extra blankets. We cooked most meals at home and found the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! Including a blender and espresso machine. Steve left us a little welcome basket of goodies and was great at communicating. There are neighbors but because the property is flanked by trees you don't even know anyone is there. We were the only ones on the lake most days! The grocery stores are just a few miles down the road and there is a wonderful area in Collingwood of little specialty shops, larger grocery stores and several good coffee shops. We also walked a few of the trails in the area and visited Wasaga Beach which Steve let us know is the longest freshwater beach in the world! It was definitely a little busier there but we loved that we went back to our private, beautiful lake house at the end of the day! Thank you Steve for a lovely stay.
