Lighthouse Point Condo - next to Georgian Bay, 5 min from the slopes!
SKI SEASON RENTAL - Lighthouse Point 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo November - April (flexible). 5 minutes to Blue Mountain, The Village, Craigleith, Toronto Ski Club, Osler, Alpine and Georgian Peaks.
Utilities included, free access to Lighthouse Point’s famous recreation centre! In suite laundry, gas fireplace, cable TV, high speed internet, forced air gas heat, includes extensive secure storage. Walk-out to a private deck off the living room. Parking is free, unassigned but plentiful. Family pet considered. Refundable security deposit of $500 required. Landlord will hold the security deposit & reconcile at end of Lease. Landlord will supply bed linens/towels. Tenant MUST provide a permanent residence address other than the subject property. No smoking or vaping of any substance allowed inside the condo.
