This was a great place to stay and for a really great price. The home was clean and the host was very nice and communication was great. The only slight I have is that I feel like it could use a bit more updates renovations and comfortable bedding in one of the rooms. It’s in a wonderful area with everything conveniently located. The pool was very nice and I appreciate how clean and accommodating all of the amenities were. I would stay here again.

Great house, and host ! Everything is as advertised, and the house is very comfortable . The pool being heated is a huge positive, since we weee able to swim anytime, day or night, even with the air temps only in the low 70s by day and sixties at night . Plenty of towels, a great washer and dryer , and very accommodating host !

First-off the neighborhood was nice. The property was impeccable and was well equipped with everything you would find at a hotel minus room service. By the way, it was 36 degrees at night and the pool was a comfortable temperature. What an awesome stay!

I would say initial appearance was a very clean and bright home. However there were a number of maintenance items that were difficult. The slider in the primary bedroom does not completely close, working the main slider was difficult, the tops of the fans were very dirty as well as the outdoor furniture. The pool was very clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed using it. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. Very convenient to Disney parks and area attractions. We spent a lot of time in the pool. Host answered any questions I had in a timely manner. There is a Walmart very close to get groceries or any other needs. Property is 13 miles from Orlando Airport, but to avoid tolls, it takes about 35-40 minutes depending on traffic. There is a pond behind the property that we saw turtles and different birds.
