It is located in Emerald Island a gated community that is peaceful and safe as well as closest to shopping, Disney and restaurants.
The home consists of 1 KING bed with an attached bathroom, and sleeps two. This master bedroom is downstairs and does not require stairs. The rest of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor requiring climbing stairs.
1 KING bedroom with attached bath sleeping two, another room with a FULL bed sleeping two.
1 Kids bedroom with 2 twins and Living Room with a sleeper sofa.
The home can sleep 8 people very comfortably and 10 people with the use of a sleeper sofa.
The home has in-home laundry (washer-dryer). Very close to the pool.
Cable and flat-screen TVs included.WIFI and High-Speed internet. HOA does levy a one-time access charge of $20 per car (not needed for Uber/cab etc.)- to be paid directly to the resort after booking and before arrival.
The kitchen includes all normal "home" appliances - microwave, refrigerator, cooking range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and blender.
An initial packet of coffee and sugar, as well as a small hotel soap bar, shampoo, and conditioner, is provided- you will have to get more from Walmart, Publix, or other stores nearby for longer stays or for a bigger group.
Please note: you will be required to sign a rental agreement so that we ensure you have read the rules of the HOA and the city. Local City laws require us to keep track of all visitors.

The townhouse by MyOrlandoStay is located in the Emerald Island Resort Community just a few minutes to Disney and other attractions of Orlando with 24 hours security, a clubhouse with swimming pools, tiki-bar, tennis, basketball, volleyball, gym, and many other attractions. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, 2 Master King Suites. All rooms were designed to have a comfortable and cozy house, so the guests can feel at home.
The air-conditioned unit includes a seating and dining area and patio.
