My sister and I tried to get in and couldn’t. There were two doors. We thought they were two different places so we were just trying the one door on the right. Message someone and never received any response back. Luckily I just tried the other door on the left and got in. Needed better communication with Manny. Other than that it was a nice place.

Emerald resorts is a precious gem

The pool and nature trails all in walking distance. Pickleball courts were on property, plenty of shade and comfy beds.

Close to Disney

Good property for the price and the number of people we needed to accommodate. The best thing about the property was how close to Disney it was. We didn’t really use any of the amenities. Disappointed that it didn’t have an iron, but we left a new one there so that shouldn’t be a problem for the next guest! I wish they provided more of the basics (i.e. more than one roll of toilet paper per restroom, nicer soap, more towels, etc.).

We came down for a volleyball tournament. Overall, it was a decent stay, but there wasn’t a lot of kitchen supplies. A few pillowcases were missing and we purchased a larger coffee pot, but overall it was a clean place.

Not happy

Property was not very clean, towels were stained and appeared dirty. 2nd floor was extremely hot. Needing to pay $20 per car for some access card is ridiculous. We did not use any ammeneties and only needed the place to sleep and shower. Bed was rock hard, super uncomfortable and there is a large window without blinds facing the sun so you get blasted with sun at 7am. Best part of this rental, was the water pressure in the shower. Place looks like little care or maintenance has been given to it.

The moment we walked into this home we felt at ease. Lots of space, lots of natural light. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Family stay

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness. The tile on the floor needs some deep cleaning. We had little ants in the bathroom and around the house we had bugs along with a roach upstairs. The windows were all open upstairs with no screens when we arrived. The bathrooms are in poor shape. The caulking is dirty and the bathtub was not inviting. The mattress was as hard as a rock. I could feel the springs. It was a very uncomfortable two nights. I’m sorry, but the place left a lot to be desired.

My review of my stay at the vacation home

My stay was good however the home I stayed in needed to be exterminated because there were multiple insects we saw while staying there. Also there needs to be more tissue, garbage bags and dishwasher soap provided for guests staying 3 or more days at the property.

Very nice property close to Disney with a lot of space for family. We liked the beds and mattress. The shower head in main bathroom needs to be replaced

Good stay but READ the FULL description

House and staff in the community was nice, we utilized the basketball court more than anything. You can rent equipment from the office for a small fee. The house looked exactly like the listing. I was a lil upset about the limited amount of supplies(towels and wash clothes) considering the house can hold 8-10 people and yes it was in the description but it wasn’t enough for even 4 people. If this house is booked PLEASE stop at the store or bring from home everything you will need for the stay like towels, wash cloths, paper towels, trash bags(1 provided), extra toilet paper. The only thing that wasn’t listed that I didn’t like was the master bedroom bed was as hard as the floor, literally no bounce at all. Luckily there was another king bed upstairs that was a lil more comfortable. Despite those things, the overall house was still a good stay for my family.

Location and price!

We wanted a location close the the parks, with a reasonable cost for just a place to sleep. This home was great. The location was perfect! Beds were comfortable and fit all of us comfortably. Manny was easy to work with and responsive. As a plus the neighborhood is lovely.
