Parking: There is one reserved space in the covered garage labeled 412. No parking pass is required.

Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the condo prior to your arrival.

Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters and pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen package onto your reservation for an additional price.

Beach Gear & Other Essentials: We can arrange for the delivery of beach chairs, umbrellas, cribs, and other items prior to your arrival.

Comfort & Convenience: This inviting one-bedroom condo features two queen beds, a sleeper sofa in the living area, a dining space, kitchenette, and bathroom for a comfortable coastal stay. Enjoy beautiful ocean views and convenient beach access, along with Beau Rivage's shared community amenities, including seasonal outdoor pools, BBQ grills, sundecks, a pavilion, outdoor showers, elevator access, parking, and beach gear storage. Lemma's Beach Grill downstairs also offers seasonal dining and ice cream, subject to operations.

Pool Availability Notice: Please note that pool access is seasonal and subject to weather conditions. The pool may be closed during the off-season, during periods of inclement weather, or for routine maintenance, and availability is subject to the property or community's operating dates and discretion.

Non-Smoking Policy: Please note all our properties are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.

We had a great stay in wildwood crest during the offseason. The host was prompt with their responses when we needed assistance. We would definitely stay here again as the location was perfect for our kids and quick walks to the beach.

Positives…Excellent communication CleanProximity to ocean…wow. Negatives…-Worst and most poorly stocked kitchen I have ever seen. Not a Knife to cut a sandwich No Bath mat?? That’s not normal. No TissuesNot a Bowl to make a saladNo Frying pan!!! No Welcome book/directions/rules/menusIt was a very cold and sterile environment. Bare bones. It felt like it was run by a property management. Not homey.
