This Manhattan Beach home is located East of Sepulveda (PCH) and there is always street parking available for your guests. The kitchen is ideal for a foodie/chef and great for entertaining as it has a center granite kitchen island. It is an easy walk to the center of Manhattan Beach - about 15 minutes!
