Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

You must divide the waste into the correct bins, wash out food containers, and wash all dishes upon departure.

White towels are to be used for bathing only. Used towels should be placed in the bathroom. Leave the property in good order.

Any items broken by the guest are the responsibility of the guest to pay the cost of the replacement. There is a charge for excessive cleaning.

Galapagos Family Vacation

We had a very nice time staying at Torre Mar. It was very conveniently located. We were 5 families...me (the mom) and my 4 kids, their spouses and 6 grandkids. Everyone had their own "suite". The advertising is a little confusing. I thought we were renting a "home", and then realized it was an apartment/hotel....but as I said, it was very nice for each family to have private space. The owner John was very friendly, although we did have some miscommunication issues, which is interesting since I speak fluent Spanish, and he speaks pretty fluent English. He comes on a little strong at times when we either asked for something or at the end when he told us the rooms were "filthy". Having spent a full week there, the rooms were well used by the different families, but nothing had been tampered with or damaged. We did break 1 glass which I offered to pay for. That would be my only reason for not giving Torre Mar a full 5 star review.

Growing up in the Galapagos, John was inspired to study biology and became a Galapagos National Park Guide, now work over 20 years as a professional naturalist. They can offer you a wonderful Galapagos experience.

The project was completed in 2006. They were each involved in the details of the constitution resulting is a quality property offering the comforts of home in an island in the Pacific. The staff at Torre Mar Galapagos is also dedicated to offer our guests a high standard of service.

Walking distance to everywhere from your location! Torre Mar Galapagos is close to the main dock, wonderful restaurants, shops, and markets. Galapagos is a place our guests come for an adventure. The commoning meeting point of day excursions is a short walk from Torre Mar and many tour operators will pick up our guest at Torre Mar due to the convenient location. Torre Mar is also very close to several beaches.
