Perfect for the beach, downtown, festivals, airshows and Winterfest, making it an all year round destination. Walking distance to 30 great restaurants, shops, cultural events, parks, ferry or trolleys to the beach. Relax on the beautiful porch with morning coffee or wine of an evening. Included in your stay is 25% dis. to an amazing Afternoon Tea experience at The Olde English Creamery which is just across the square or 2
Cream Teas! Your space includes large bedroom, with king size bed, bathroom with his and hers sink and beautiful ceramic claw foot tub and shower plus separate cosy sitting room with pull out couch. It includes a mini fridge with coffee bar for breakfast. Off road parking for a small compact car is available.

What a wonderful getaway! Host were the best. We only actually saw them once coming and going but they gave us great suggestions prior to our stay on good places to dine and things to do. We took them up on everything they suggested. Check in and out were a breeze. Loved the cottage. Just the right size for 2 and in a quiet location. I. Will recommend it to everyone

Our stay was wonderful. The cottage was exactly as described. Only thing I would add is a microwave. That is just a personal preference. Will definitely stay again if ever in Pensacola again!!

We enjoyed our stay so very much! This was definitely one of my top 10’s! Such a charming beautiful property!!! The porch and the kitties, an absolute delight! The bed was super comfortable, and the couch was great for a few afternoon naps! A wonderful location, we had several awesome walks!

Great location! So many great restaurant within walking distance! Enjoyed the Crawfish festival which we weren’t even aware was going on! Great porch…we really enjoyed people watching from! Highly recommend!

The house is wonderful. The only thing that would prevent me from renting again is not being able to control my temperature within reason. We really enjoyed the porch on the beautiful spring nights.

Hi James! Glad you loved the house and enjoyed it. To address your issue, there is a huge sign on the table as you go in that says text us and we will change immediately.. did you not see that? Last year we had an issue with the ac being over taxed in summer and considering the house is built in 1880, we found that keeping it at one temp for day and one for night works best for all. But obviously that’s why the sign is there if you wish to change it, we would do so immediately! Thankyou for your review Best wishes Tania

AMAZING STAY! We rented this property to enjoy the arts fest festivities with our visiting family & it went beyond our expectations! The location is perfect for walking distance, the outstanding hospitable hosts became like family, & the property itself is so comfy cozy! We will DEFINITELY be booking this property again! Bonus was that they had some porch cats that were the sweetest & a favorite of the people walking by!

To be fair, I am responsible for starting off the communication process with the host poorly. I had 2 VRBOs rented within 30 days and called this host by mistake about the other rental. When she informed me that I didn’t have a reservation for the days I thought, which she informed correctly, I was less than pleasant when hearing that news. I called the wrong host. However, I didn’t use foul language or insults, I just adamantly insisted she had to be wrong. Exhausted from traveling! As soon as I realized my mistake, I apologized profusely and humbly and multiple times. As far as the rental goes, it is decorated quite lovely, very clean and the bed is comfortable. What I failed to see and would recommend being prepared for is a very small refrigerator, no kitchen area and no microwave. Do not plan on storing much food or heating leftovers.Also, the owners live right next door and the walls seemed pretty thin. Conversations were easily overheard, but it was mostly quiet except for some temporary construction in the morning. Also, the cleaning person arrived exactly at the departure time and the owners were quick to inform, but upon arrival I was denied early entry by even a couple of hours. Be sure to check the departure time. I received multiple emails about this stay and, of course, the one I pulled up had the wrong departure time.

We had a wonderful stay at Tania's cottage. The location is walking distance to all that you need in town.The home itself is a beautiful historic home & all the characteristics you would expect with an older home. I love historic homes & appreciate their beauty. The claw foot tub, pedestal sinks, wood floors, expansive ceilings, wood doors, built-in bookshelves, fireplaces & front porch are all that you would expect to see.It is very clean, well maintained, cozy, comfortable & easily accessible. We enjoyed coffee on the porch in the morning & chatting with Tania. We will book again when we visit Pensacola. Loved our stay!! Thank you.

Quaint, historic house. Excellent location! It is in walking distance to all the main things downtown— shopping, restaurants, bars. Getting into the unit was quick and easy upon arrival. The owner is very nice and was in touch before and during our stay, providing information or checking on us. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Parking on the street was never a problem. We were always able to find a spot within a block or two even though it was a busy holiday weekend. We were there on a particularly cold weekend for Pensacola so the 1800s home could get a little cool but the owner turned the heat up whenever we requested it. Great place for weekend in downtown Pensacola and even if going to the beach as it is in walking distance to the ferry and close to the bridge if driving to the beach. Enjoy! We did!
