About this property

Due to current conditions, there is a 3 night minimum, this will give us the ability to leave a buffer between bookings to meet current guidelines. The Town & Country Cottage is located steps away from the heart of the Village of Intercourse. The Village is filled with cute shops, cafe's serving tasty treats, & the Kitchen Kettle Village. The backyard overlooks beautiful Amish country farm land & is the perfect place to watch the sun set. Cozy up to the back yard fire pit. Bird watch from covered back porch. See Amish buggy's go by our front yard throughout the day. Lancaster Co. Pa. Just named NO. 2 place to retire in the USA! Welcome!
The Town & Country Cottage consists of 3 bedrooms hosting 1 king sized bed, 1 queen, & 1 double bed. There 2 full baths & a washer/dryer combo. Please keep in mind that there is a 40 gallon hot water heater which provides enough hot water for 2 showers, before you need to wait 20 minutes for it to refill. The full sized kitchen is outfitted with all you need to cook your own meals & a nook for brewing coffee or tea. The living room overlooks the backyard & is outfitted with a comfy couch, fireplace, & tv with cable. The back porch has chairs for relaxing & enjoying the evening.
You will have the entire home to yourself, The backyard & driveway will be yours to use exclusively. WIFI is available.

Amazing value

This is an amazing property. The location is perfect. The house is comfortable and spacious. The outdoor seating is wonderful. It’s perfect for a girlfriend weekend or a family vacation. It’s so much more comfortable than hotel rooms. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Wonderfully Clean

This house was so clean! We're not clean fanatics but we've stayed in a couple places that were dirty or disgusting; that's why this house made such a good impression. We were just around the corner from the Kitchen Kettle Village which had a lot of fun shops to explore. We went to the Lancaster Hot Air Balloon Festival which we would highly recommend; this house is only 15-20 minutes away from the event. We feel the same way about Miller's smorgasboard. The only thing we would change is - there is no window cover on the side door that you come in through. We give this house & contact person a strong 5 out of 5 stars.

Perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay. The outside is unassuming but when you walk through the door it is a pleasant surprise. Everything is updated beautifully. Very neat and clean and decorated nicely. We felt comfortable and relaxed while there and enjoyed our morning coffee on the back patio looking at the beautiful scenery. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable time. We will definitely be back again!!
