Beautiful large 2 Bedroom Flat Centrally Located In A Great Neighborhood.

Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom 1 + 1/4 bath apartment in one of the best neighborhoods in San Francisco. A short 1/2 block to Presidio, Golden Gate National Recreation Area and 1 1/2 blocks to the busy Clement Street shops, restaurants and cafes. Public transport is a ½ block away to connect you anywhere in the city, including transportation hubs such as Muni, BART and Caltrain that can transfer you to various destinations in the Bay Area.

Whether you are just visiting the Bay Area, relocating to San Francisco or need temporary housing we hope you will consider Belle Maison Deux. This fully furnished apartment is located between California and Lake Streets.

The apartment is beautifully decorated with stylish and warm furniture pieces to accent the warm feel of the neighborhood. The layout is open plan for a spacious feel and benefits from abundant natural light. The living room flows into the dining room, ideal for entertaining guests. The formal dining room seats 6 comfortably.

The kitchen has a sizable pantry for those gourmet cooks and the breakfast bar area subtly separates the kitchen from the dining area. The granite counter tops and kitchen cabinets are fully equipped with dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, a full size 4 burner gas stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee grinder, French press & tea pot, toaster and microwave.

Bathrooms have beautifully tiled mosaic floors, standing glass shower cubicle and toilet. The guest toilet is adjacent to the main bathroom.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV with Google steaming, large closet with ironing board, luggage rack and access to a small outdoor deck and backyard. The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, seating area and doors leading to a small outdoor deck which is shared with the master bedroom. The deck and backyard can be utilized for El Fresco diners soaking up the beautiful San Francisco weather or just for relaxing and enjoying a bit of sunshine without leaving home.

Washer and dryer machines are located in the building. Wireless internet connection and Roku and Google Streaming devices are provided. Remote controlled garaged parking is additional $200 per month.

I rented this for just over a month and it was an excellent stay. The property is well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen, linens, etc. The two beds were comfortable and the work area and desk off the living room were an added bonus! Host was very accommodating and even worked with us to extend our stay by a couple of nights! Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful home in San Francisco

I stayed here during my move to San Francisco. It was a great introduction to the city and the neighborhood. The house had everything I needed and Ellis was very helpful with providing information. Such a beautiful home!

Amazing home

I was returning to San Francisco and needed a temporary place to stay until my place became available. This home is everything I love about San Francisco. We stayed in this super apartment from the middle of March to the middle of May, and again from mid May to mid June. We have stayed in many VRBOs over the years, and this is by far the best. Ellis, our host, was exceptional and very helpful. The apartment was EXCELLENT. Very clean. The bed in the master bedroom was very, very comfortable. The kitchen & pantry had everything one would need for a long stay. Quality appliances. A great shower. Big TVs in the master bedroom and living room. Quality washer & dryer. Even an office with a small printer. And best of all, a garage for your car. (No SUVs or big cars, as you share it with the charming couple that rents the other apartment.)

Great neighbourhood and easy communication with host!

The host has been very helpful and nice to be communicated with. It is a cozy neighbourhood that I can walk to Crissy Field Golden Gate Park every morning and enjoy my morning at the beach.

Great location and well-appointed home

My husband and I stayed at this home and loved so many things: the layout and furnishings of the home, the location and working with Ellis. Staying here was like staying at a friend’s home. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedroom was comfortable and quiet. The living area had plenty of room for us to work (and better internet than our home). The neighborhood has a variety of restaurants and coffee shops, and is convenient to Clement Street and Laurel Heights shopping. If this property is available for your dates, then you are lucky.

Really lovely home, very comfortable with many amenities located in a great neighborhood.

We had sold our home and all our furnishings and needed to quickly find a place to move and were extremely fortunate to find this beautifully furnished rental. Ellis has been so responsive and gracious, we could not ask for more from a property manager. She has quickly addressed any of our questions or needs. The flat is nicely appointed, the furniture and beds are very comfortable. There are many decorative touches and artwork throughout. Lots of windows provide great light in every room. The open floor plan in the kitchen, dining room and living room areas makes the spacious apartment seem even larger. I like to cook and entertain and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need in the way of appliances and cookware. The back deck, off the bedrooms is a great amenity to have and the sliding doors allow for fresh air which is an extra bonus in a city apartment. If we were not going to travel, I could see staying here for a long time and feeling very much at home. I would highly recommend this rental and feel no one would be disappointed.
