External area comprises two levels, the upper level has a 'steps walk-in' swimming pool of 15 Metres in length by 4.5 metres width and a one level depth of 1.5 metres. There are three seating areas available, with adequate sun shade in each area. The lower area, where the villa is situated, again has two areas of seating. The front of the villa seating has views down a valley to the sea at Paphos, and there is also an eating area under a very shady Carob tree. The gardens have a large selection of shrubs, flowers and fruit trees.
