We do not allow pets! If you get caught with bringing a dog on the property it is a $200 fine.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $500
If you throw a party, it is an automatic $500 charge. An unapproved late check-out fine is $25

What makes this property unique

My home is unique because it is over 100 years old and remodeling it was quite fun. The high ceilings, large rooms, barn doors and style gives it a southern charm that is hard to find!
