THINGS TO NOTE
-We include a starter set of paper towels, bath tissue trash bags, laundry soap and dishwasher pods. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.
-Please bring your own firewood and a Duraflame logs if you'd like to use the fireplace.
-Well-behaved dogs over 1 year old are welcome. Pet fee: $100 (covers up to 2 dogs).
- Due to the mountain climate in Big Bear, most homes-including ours-do not have air conditioning. We do have central heating, ceiling fans in every room, and an electric fireplace/fan in the game room.
-You're coming to the mountains. Prepare for weather and occasional power outages. Carry snow chains in the winter and always check road conditions before heading up
