Overall a great experience. Extremely clean space. Great hosts. Conveniently close to just about everything you need. Wish the hot tub wasn’t a 150 additional charge though!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The layout of the house was great, and we really enjoyed having two washers and dryers. A full pantry available for use by guests was great - many times we’ve stayed places where that is locked up. The only comment about cleanliness - the living room furniture could use a good cleaning (rug and couches). The floors also felt like they were just run over with a wet swiffer before arrival - could use a deep clean. Other than that, the house was wonderful and as pictured.

Our family had a magnificent time @ Paddock! The home was perfectly decorated and maintained. We had plenty space for 7 adults and 6 children. The pool was the icing on the cake after mornings at the beach. The kitchen had the cookware and tools needed for preparing meals. We enjoyed spreading out for meal times at the large dinning table, bar area and back deck. The picnic table under the house was a great catch all for beach stuff and we ate lunch at the picnic table by the pool. The half bath just off the pool area was a bonus for everyone. We were pleasantly surprised how close the beach access was, my 81 year old mom did fine. The hardest part was the stairs into the house and up to the master bedroom. Of course I was aware of that before booking. Thank goodness for strong able bodied young people helping. I appreciate the quick response of the owner when I had questions before booking. I also had all info I needed for the stay via text. Oh, and having Walmart deliver my groceries at check in time made life easier! We will be back. I hope I wasn't too complimentary because I don't want The Paddock to be booked when I need it.:)

Ants inside upon arrival. They sent maintenance that didn’t even knock but yelled hello upon letting himself in and brought over a drug store bug spray.Cleanliness from sticky floors to fingers smudges all over appliances and a cigarette smoke smell.They offered to send the cleaning crew back that had just left. I declined. We had our Autistic daughter so I cleaned myself as she does not like a lot of noise or new people.Upon exit I sent a text about the issues but was replied with “Have a safe trip home”For the money we paid I would expect more. For the cleaning fee we paid, I would expect spotless.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very enjoyable home! Kids loved the pool and being so close to the beach. Having multiple washing machines was nice for the size of our family along with a great kitchen for cooking our meals. Very pleased with everything. Only item they did not mention to us was they did not provide handsoap for the bathrooms other than a small cirlce bar that is gone after two or three hand washes. They told us about other items like dish detergent, and trash bags, but failed to mention no hand soap in bathrooms.

Bathrooms were really clean, only complaint was a few little dead bugs on kitchen window sill and backsplash needed to be wiped. There was sand under the bed in one of the bedrooms. But for the most part it was clean and beautiful. The only reason I mention these is because the cleaning fee is very high!

The Paddock 2153 was exceptional! The photos do not do this property justice, it is absolutely stunning. The walk to the beach was quick and the management’s communication was outstanding. This is a must stay property!

Beautiful house, ocean views from the deck, very short walk to the beach, and the kids didn’t want to leave the pool because of how much fun it was. We had 4 kids and 5 adults and the house had plenty of room for all of us. Absolutely recommend this place!!

I don’t have anything bad to say about this property! We had the absolute best time there! The property was absolutely beautiful! We loved sitting on the top deck and watching the ocean. The back covered deck was great for meal times. The pool was bigger in person and even had a deep end! We had so much fun in the pool! The hot tub was nice and hot for when it cooled off at night. The owners were always in contact and easy to reach. We can’t wait to stay here again in the future!
