If golf is not your game, the home is situated just 20 minutes from Boca Grande beaches to the South and Englewood beaches to the West, your perfect beach day awaits! From bikes, to beach chairs, to coolers and floaties, you will have everything you need to enjoy the outside! At home, you will find a lanai oasis featuring an oversized, HEATED (additional fees apply), saltwater pool, screened in enclosure, outdoor living and dining space, a gas grill, and an outdoor TV! The home features 3 large bedrooms with closets, 3 FULL bathrooms, a dedicated primary space separated from the guest spaces, and a dedicated laundry space as well!
