The Park Chalet is located on one of the most beautiful unspoilt natural beaches on the Costa Blanca on a plot of 6,500 m2. We personally take care of this beautiful holiday villa. The wild and romantic atmosphere right by the sea, old trees and Mediterranean vegetation, carefully laid out paths and a tennis court make this property a paradise for vacationers. The comfortable villa on 170 m2 can accommodate up to 8 people, air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and free WiFi access. Pets are welcome (only on request)

You have private access by stairs to “Cala Llobella”, a beautiful beach with crystal clear water. The villa offers peace and privacy, surrounded by green areas and a large garden. There are numerous restaurants and supermarkets in the area surrounding the villa. In addition, it is only 6 km from the center of Moraira. In this small, Mediterranean-style tourist town you will find numerous restaurants, bars and shops. You can also visit Calpe, less than 4 km from the villa, and Jávea, less than 18 km away. Both places are among the most touristic on the Costa Blanca.

Lovely location with a great pool

A really lovely villa which is as described. The pool is located by some shade from woodland and the sea is a few steps away. You need sea shoes - it is rocky. And bring drinking water as the water in the villa is (normal for this part of Spain) slightly salty. Restaurants are a 10 minute walk away. Very lovely.

Fantastic views and great beach

The house has a fantastic location with great view of the sea and just a few steps from a nice rock beach with snorkeling opportunities. The house itself is fine and clean but could need an upgrade soon especially the kitchen and it would also be nice with furniture on the top terrace for 8 people. But you forget that again when you sit on the terrace enjoying the view or fall asleep listening to the sea.

Location, Location, Location

We had an amazing time at this property. The villa is perfectly tucked away from the main streets and has access to the beautiful Cala Llobella. You are close to all needed amenities and the property has everything you would need for a great relaxing stay. The Mandala bar is a short walk away which offered great food and drink. Agata was a dream to deal with and her communication was perfect. We hired a car to visit other beaches in the area. This seemed like a good idea until we ventured out and had to deal with the parking and hustle and bustle of other areas. We were certainly spoilt by the beach on our door step and quickly returned to enjoy the snorkeling around the rocks without the crowds at Cala Llobella. As mentioned in some other reviews the property is not the height of modern design and furnishings but really does have everything you need for your stay. We would swim in the sea for most of the morning before heading to the pool for a cool off and games. We would love to return again and already miss our little bit of paradise we only had for a week. Thank you Agata.

Wir wurden toll von Agata empfangen, die Lage der Villa ist einfach umwerfend. Ohne Auto wäre es für uns nichts gewesen, der Weg zur Villa ist doch recht steil und weit ab der Zivilisation. Da das Nachbarhaus nicht vermietet war, waren wir vollkommen ungestört und hätten den Pool und die Terrasse dort auch nutzen dürfen. War aber nicht notwendig, weil "unsere Villa" alles geboten hatte was wir brauchten. Das Wetter war uns leider nicht so wohl gesonnen; umso toller war dann die überdachte Sitzecke auf der Terrasse - trocken sitzen und dem Unwetter auf dem Meer zuschauen.

Herbsturlaub

Mit Agata unserer Vermieterin hat alles super geklappt. Zum Beispiel ging am Sonntag ein Sonnenschirm kaputt, und wir erhielten noch am gleichen Tag einen Ersatz. Die Angaben im Inserat stimmen mit allem überein was man antrifft. Agata wir bedanken uns herzlich bei dir.

Meeresbrise in der Nase

Die Lage ist der absolute Hammer. Mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen und das Rauschen des Meeres zu hören ist ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Am Morgen schnell die Treppe hinunterlaufen und ein Bad im kristallklaren Wasser geniessen ist ein echter Luxus. Den Pool, welcher sehr gross ist, haben wir ebenfalls rege benützt. Agata ist eine charmante Gastgeberin und wir werden dieses Objekt sicherlich nochmals ohne zu zögern buchen. Lara und Familie

Fantásticas vacaciones en familia!

El alojamiento es increíble, es tal y como se muestra en la descripción y las imágenes. Nuestras vacaciones en familia fueron perfectas en este lugar, sobretodo porque al ser pleno Agosto y estar todo tan congestionado de gente, este lugar te permite descansar y estar tranquilo. La casa en sí está totalmente equipada con unas vistas al mar inmejorables, tiene una pista de tenis donde hacer algo de deporte y una piscina con barbacoa donde relajarte y refrescarte. Y lo mejor es que tiene un acceso privado a una cala muy tranquila y bonita. Además la comunicación con Agata fue super rápida y en todo momento nos ayudó con cualquier cosa. Repetiremos 100%.

Paradise

We have stayed at Villas all over the world and this is our favourite. It stands proudly atop the cliff affording the most stunning views along the coast toward Peñon d'Ifach (Calp Rock). As I awoke every morning I turned my head to one side on my pillow and the Med filled my gaze through the patio doors, the waves completing the sensory ecstasy by licking the rocks 25 metres beneath me. We stayed a week. When we left we did so with a heavy heart. We rarely ventured away from our luxurious base, in no small measure to the beautiful pool which our children adored to such an extent it was often a hardy task extricating them at the end of the day. The area around the pool is well kept and the poolside bbq is the icing on the cake. Sizzling sausages coupled with shrieks of pleasure from the children in the water were a delightful cocktail. We enjoyed hours playing tennis on the neat and tidy court and spent lazy afternoons sunbathing on the patio overlooking the ocean. Being so close to the rocky but easily scalable beach enabled us to spend early morning snorkelling at the end of our garden, an experience which I imagine you will find hard to match. We loved our time here and wouldn't hesitate to go again. We are a family of six with four boys aged 16, 11, 8 and five. They enjoyed every minute.

Absolutely wonderful experience!!!

I stayed here with my family last summer, my sister, brother in-law, mother, grandmother and kids, we all had a fantastic time. The views are amazing and the chalet is ideal for families or a group of friends. The surrounding pine trees, the birds tweeting, the sound of the waves and Mediterranean see breeze are a delight to the senses. Definitely worth going back.

vacances en famille et amis...

Grande maison avec superbe vue. Propriétaire sympathique. Nous avons aussi apprécié la grande piscine et le prêt de matériel pour le tennis et ping-pong. Dommage qu'une des chambres soit si petite et sans climatisation. La maison était bien entretenue et bien équipée.
