Welcome to Coastal Highway! This unit is available year round and is conveniently located in midtown, ocean block, and across from the OC Convention Center. It is within walking distance of The Taphouse, Shottis, Coconuts, Seacrets & Dumsers Dairyland, putt putt golf and Jolly Rogers. Bus stop close by and there is handicapped beach access. Linens are provided; please bring paper products and toiletries. Washer and dryer in unit. Wash area available outside for sandy toes and beach toys. Front porch overlooks Coastal Hwy. Photos included to show nearby businesses within walking distance.

Start to finish Jamie was an amazing and communicative host. There was a nor’easter when we were there. We ended up still coming down and had an amazing time regardless. I was nervous about my car and the possibility of flooded streets, but Jamie called the store nearby to confirm it was still safe.The actual house itself was in a great location, and was clean and quiet. Only had to dock a star because we found a roach on our last day in the living room. Other than that, I would still come back and recommend this place and would love to come back if they do host Thank you!

Thank you for the positive feedback. I am concerned about the “roach” comment. As you stated, the condo is very clean. Our cleaning lady comes at least weekly; sometimes more often. She reports back to me any problems and has never mentioned bugs of any kind. I am personally at the condo often and I’ve never seen a bug there. Is it possible that it could have been a stink bug? I just left the condo and did a thourogh inspection and did not find a bug of any kind. Looking ahead, as a host I strive for a 5 star rating. Communication is key, if you ever encounter a problem please reach out to me personally and we can get it taken care of appropriately and quickly. Thank you for staying!

The host was very nice and thoughtful. Texted me to make sure we were warm because the weather was extremely cold. Said we could use the portable heaters. The accommodations were perfect for my child and myself. The condo is right across from the convention center where my child had a cheer competition.

The room was perfect for whatever needed. It was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in and I’ve been going to ocmd for 30 years now. The location was perfect. The beach is not even a 5 min walk. The host had amazing communication from the very beginning. Parking was easy. 10/10 place for weekend get away.
