I am from the Memphis area, but live in Chicago. I have a local manager that helps with taking care of the property. I enjoy music, sports, and especially spending time at this lake house with my family. This lake is very peaceful and quiet. So, it is a great place to visit. Great neighbors and the lake is beautiful, especially evening sunsets on the water.

Why they chose this property

The property has been in my family since 2004. It has recently been renovated to make it available for additional family, friends, and guest. I have a local manager near property if anything is needed. The neighborhood is great because everyone is friendly and always welcoming with new visitors. Like my family, I want others to be able to enjoy this experience since we are not able to be there as frequently as we would like.

What makes this property unique

Although this property is not directly on the lakefront, it does give guest the benefit of keeping out of the windy experience that often happens being directly on the lake, especially if you have a boat and trying to dock it during windy weather. It is only about 200 yards from the opening of the lake. The property also has great outdoor rain coverage across the entire back of the house so you can still be outside cooking, hanging out on patio, or watching sports on the outside screened-in porch while the weather passes. This property is also unique in that it is recently renovated and has great amenities inside. Plenty of parking for boat trailers and guest. Driveway can hold up to 6 cars. Electric charger is also available is needed.
