Unique 3 bedroom & 2 bath condo (2 levels) with a cool “alpine loft." This is the ONLY 3 BEDROOM UNIT in the building. Do not be fooled by others, as the 3rd bedroom is an open and potentially 'Noisy' loft. Our 3rd bedroom offers extra room with bunk beds and the Alpine loft. Very comfortable and spacious.

The living room offers great views of the mountain, a cozy gas fireplace and a smart screen TV with cable and options for Netflix/Amazon/Streaming.... The fully stocked kitchen and dining area sit next to the living room and are all open which make it a perfect gathering place. Games, books and a stereo are included for additional entertainment. Use the glove and boot dryer to get ready for the next day. Free and Fast Wi-Fi. Humidifier for each bedroom. A ski storage locker is conveniently located on the main floor.

* The main level bedroom has a Queen bed
* 3rd bedroom upstairs has a bunk bed (full bed on lower and twin on upper). An alpine loft full bed (twin) is accessible using the ladder.
* Both the main floor and upstairs bathrooms are nicely remodeled.

Other:
* The Kitchen is completely outfitted with all full size appliances needed and assortment of cooking accessories & utensils.

* 2 outdoor hot tubs and a sauna are located on the 4th floor. Shared washers/dryers are located on the first floor.

* Ski Locker: Conveniently located on the first floor of the building is a private ski locker so you can grab your gear and hit the slopes. The slopes are only a short 75 yard walk away. You can walk to restaurants and shops at the mountain base or take a free shuttle to downtown Steamboat Springs.

Don’t worry about the basics, we have you covered… Shampoo, Conditioner Body Soap, Dishwasher soap, Dish Soap, Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, Kleenex, and Paper Towels. Have a Kuerig coffee maker. We also provide you with a Steamboat magazine, maps, trail guides, and local visitor guide, offering a wide variety of information for activities and shopping in Steamboat.

Parking:
We have 1 allocated parking slot next to the building. If you don't have a car, no worries as the ski base, shops and restaurants are across the street and other parking garage options. Steamboat also has an extensive FREE bus system that picks up in front of the condo and goes to other major shopping areas and downtown. Many delivery options as well. There a several shuttle options from the Denver and Hayden airports. Uber and Lyft also good options and typically a $15 ride to downtown. Smoking:
Our Condo and the HOA has a strict No Smoking policy. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted in the unit.
