~ For your convenience, the cabin features a smart lock for keyless entry, and your private code will be provided at check-in.

~ For added security and peace of mind, we have exterior cameras positioned at the front door, front pathway, driveway and in the breezeway. These cameras cover only exterior areas and are in place to help ensure a safe and respectful environment.

~ A noise decibel monitor is located in the living room. It’s simply here to help make sure our guests are respectful to the neighbors and rest assured it does NOT record any voices.

~ A groundskeeper lives in a private apartment above the detached garage, with a separate entrance to ensure your full privacy during your stay.

~ There is no dock or paved river access from the cabin; reaching the riverbank is possible, but the area is natural, uncleared, and may be muddy.
