Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Illegal activities, firearms, drugs are prohibited on the premises. We have a zero tolerance policy and will contact police. Quiet hours 10pm-7am.
Dogs are not permitted on uncovered furniture or bed linens. Unauthorized pets will incur additional fees. $50 fee for excess pet hair on linens.
Though most guests follow the house rules, when rules regarding vaping, smoking, or marijuana are violated, we charge $250 for deep cleaning costs.
