My husband and I love traveling. I grew up in Panama City Beach, FL and York, PA. I still visit my family on the beautiful Gulf Coast whenever I can. I currently live in MD with my Peruvian husband, 2 young boys, and dog. I enjoy ballet, yoga, dancing of any kind, and gymnastics.

Why they chose this property

We chose Massanutten because it was an ideal place for our family. There is so much stuff to do for young kids and even more things for them to do as they get bigger. We wanted a place that we could visit occasionally and show our boys, the beauty of the outdoors. My husband‘s favorite thing about Massanutten is the waterpark. I love the variety of activities through all four seasons, the beauty of nature, the fresh air, and the peaceful vibe of being at the top of a mountain. Our kids love the variety of animals that we see at the top of the mountain. We find new animals every time we visit and they get so excited to learn about them.

What makes this property unique

We’ve created a home that families with young children like us will enjoy. We know the struggles of traveling with infants, toddlers, and children so we have outfitted the home with as much as we possibly can so that our guests (and us) don’t have to bring all of the equipment required. And then after you pack everything that you need for the kids, you also need to bring toys to keep them entertained! For this reason, we keep a lot of toys, games, and books available to keep the little ones busy so that a little less luggage is needed.
