This spot is walkable enough that you can stroll to the river/kensington/downtown very easily, like 10-15 mins depending on where you’re going, and like a 2 minute drive from everything. Also the upstairs room is cool and different, if you’re coming with friends you can make good memories here.”

Damage Waiver / Security Deposit

1) Non-Refundable Damage Waiver – For a small fee, this waiver covers accidental damages (up to $250) during your stay.
2) Refundable Security Deposit – A credit card hold that is released after a successful property inspection following your stay.
These options will be outlined in your Online Boarding Pass after booking and processed securely through our system.
