I had a wonderful stay at here and would absolutely book again. The space was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. We enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and comfortable. The house has nice appliances and decorated nicely. It was conveniently located. The airport is nearby, but I don’t remember hearing any air traffic noise. The host was great too. They responded quickly to questions we had. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here! I would stay here again if we were in the area.

The house was clean. The area was nice. It’s a newly constructed neighborhood so there was some construction going on but nothing that interrupted quiet times. The trash was overflowing in the bin at the street when we arrived but not sure what day is trash day. The only thing that could make the stay a tiny bit better is the addition of a full length mirror perhaps in the primary bathroom. My family was staying for a wedding and a full length mirror would’ve been nice but definitely not necessary. Also, it would’ve been nice to have some shelf stable creamer/sweeteners for morning coffee but again nothing that would keep me from not recommending or staying again in the future.

Great stay

The property was clean with great amenities. I would definitely book again if I had to come back to Mississippi. Every one was comfortable. The only suggestion I would make would be adding blinds at the front and back door, it felt to exposed with anyone being able to look in. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

The property was efficient clean and up-to-date my only problem was that what could not watch the NBA finals no Sports channel is available unless we made a purchase and that's all we wanted to see was the NBA playoffs other than that it was perfect

Immaculate!

The home was extremely clean and looked to be a newly built home. We were very comfortable and close to shopping as there was a Kroger shopping center, gas stations, restaurants, and a local shopping outlet in close proximity. We were here on a college tour and the people were very friendly. There was a bit of a communication mishap at booking as I booked another home that seemed to be double booked but the host quickly and helpfully relocated me here.This was why I have four starts instead of five: additionally as the house sleeps eight it would have helped to have at least eight of each utensil and I also love when host provide little soaps, shampoos, and such for their guests as it is usually one peroson who forgets something however this fist did not. However, there was a stocked kitchen, filled with many spices (except pepper),modern appliances, etc. quiet neighborhood, and ai would definitely book again if needed.

The house was nice and matched the online description. However, we ended up NOT staying here. Upon arrival, I realized no code had been provided to enter the property. A quick call to the host solved this problem so overall this was a minor inconvenience. The bigger issue - when we entered the property we found it had not been turned over - hadn’t been cleaned, sheets on the floor, etc. The host told me she would contact the cleaning company or “take care of it herself.” We left to grab dinner thinking that one way or the other we would be able to get in, even if it was a few hours later. The host contacted me about 30 minutes later to let me know the cleaning company couldn’t come and she didn’t have the supplies to do it herself, and she was sorry for the inconvenience. At this point it was around 7:30 PM and I was forced to find a place for the 6 people in our party to stay. We did find a hotel but required two rooms which was well over the one night stay price for this house. The host did offer a discount if we wanted to check in the next day. I asked if we might be able to get in earlier than normal check-in time, which I did not think was a crazy request given the circumstances, but that was a no. At this point I decided this host asked me to be flexible but had no intention of providing the same courtesy to me. There were multiple apologies for the inconvenience but that didn’t quite cut it for me. Do not recommend.

We’re truly sorry for the experience you had. The property not being cleaned before your arrival is completely unacceptable, and we take full responsibility. Due to a failure in our reservation software, the cleaning team was never notified—something we’ve now addressed with a manual backup system to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We tried to find a solution in real time, including offering to clean it ourselves, but quickly realized we didn’t have the proper supplies on-site to meet our standards. At that point, rather than delay you further, we chose to cancel the reservation on our end and issue a full refund—this also cost us a $600 penalty, but we believed it was the right thing to do. We did offer a discounted rate if you wanted to return the next day, and we’re sorry that our inability to allow early check-in added to your frustration. We understand how disruptive this was for your group and hate that you were left scrambling for alternative accommodations. This is not the experience we aim to provide. We sincerely regret the inconvenience and appreciate your honest feedback—it’s helped us tighten our process and ensure this doesn’t happen again. —Tye
