This charming and eclectic condo is located on the beautiful Amelia Island Plantation! You'll be only seconds away from relaxing on the beach or by the community outdoor pool! Enjoy your own private balcony overlooking lush canopy, a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials; TVs in the primary bedroom and living room only; and an on-site washer/dryer. The location is one of the greatest perks this condo has to offer; you and your loved ones will be only minutes to beautiful and historic downtown Fernandina Beach!

Things to Know
Please be aware that starting Monday, August 11th: There will be a project in the parking lot area that will involve construction noise and increased activity & is projected to last approximately 6 weeks.
There are about 10 - 12 steps leading to the front door, and no elevator access.
TV streaming is available with guests' subscriptions.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.

Loved the condo and location

We really loved the condo and the location. The condo was very clean and well supplied with items we needed. The walk to the pool and beach was an easy walk from the condo. The pool was nice with lots of plants to give it a tropical feel. It was also kept very clean with plenty of lounge chairs. We will definitely be returning to this condo in the future.

Enjoyable and Beautiful area

Condo was clean and in good shape. Quiet. Easy parking and access to condo. Balcony overlooks trees/wooded area and wooded walkway toward pool and beach. Great biking and walking trails right from front door ( can rent bikes). Quick walk to beach. Really enjoyed it and will be back.

Lost in paradise

The unit was lovely and well-equipped. Just a short, beautiful walk to a spectacular beach. The problem was we were given no maps or info about the resort. This meant we didn't learn about all the resort has to offer until our last day.

PROPERTY WAS QUIET AND CLEAN THE PARKING LOT AND WALKWAY TO BEACH COVERED IN BEAUTIFUL TREES AND FLOWERS. THE HANDLE AND LOCKING DEVICE FOR BALCONY DOOR WAS LOOSE AND ABOUT TO FALL OFF. THE DOOR WAS NOT LOCKED WHEN WE ARRIVED.
