SURFS UP! Hear it from our 1st floor condo RRDP-001520

Enjoy nature and hear the surf in our newly renovated condo, just two blocks along a wooden path to the beautiful beach. Amelia Landings Resort is situated in 9 acres of wooded “park-like” grounds, just a short distance to all this lovely island has to offer.

Our first floor condo is very nice, clean and comfortable. It was completely renovated with new flooring, stainless steel kitchen appliances and new cabinets. We offer a nice décor, large screened porch, a queen bed in the master and twin beds in the guest suite. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen which includes a washer and dryer. NOTE: There are five steps to enter the first floor condo .

Enjoy a quiet meal on the back-screened porch. Or surf the Web with our wireless broadband service.
There is plenty of room to entertain friends and family. Listen to the birds and RELAX – this is your vacation!

The Olympic size pool is just steps away with plenty of lounge chairs. Beach towels provided.

This unit is no smoking. Sorry, no pets are allowed (Association Rules). Responsible party must be 25 years old or older.

Perfect condo getaway in a great location!

This is a great condo for staying at the beach. Very nicely decorated and loved the outside porch, it was a great quiet spot one afternoon when we had rain showers. Owner has all the essentials stocked for an enjoyable stay. We would definitely rent it again and recommend it to anyone that might be looking for a beach condo!

We live in South Carolina and meet family from South Florida at Amelia island. This is the second time we have rented this place and we continue to enjoy it. Has all the amenities needed, is a great central location for the island, and a short walk to the beach.

This place was just perfect - 3 of us on a getaway. Beach walking distance, pool at complex, and screened in porch overlooking woods that was so beautiful, especially in the mornings for quiet times. Just Perfection!

Great size, nicely decorated, really perfect! Only problem for me personally were the steps into the condo. I wish they had been mentioned in the description. If a few steps are not a problem for you, this place is perfect.

Birthday Weekend!

My sister and I visited the area to celebrate my great-nephew's 1st birthday. The condo was the perfect location for us as everywhere we needed to go was within a few miles. The condo is in a great location for shopping, dining, attractions, and the beach. The condo is clean, spacious, and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The swing on the screened in porch was a favorite spot to relax!

The condo was clean and had all of the amenities that were listed. The pool was just steps outside the door and well kept. The screened in lanai was a nice place to sit and listen to nature and read or relax. We found that the beach was not a walkable distance for us (about .3 miles) with our beach supplies, and the path was too overgrown to use our beach cart. We drove to the beach and were able to get a parking spot because we got there early. But, if you have 4 wheel or all wheel drive you can park right on the beach until parking fills up. There is a nice restaurant right on the beach.

The porch was to die for! We sat out there at the end of the day and just chitted and chatted! It was close to the beach, shopping and downtown. Couldn't get the Derby on the TV, but that was ok. We were able to watch it at the Surf restaurant while we ate supper and had a few drinks.

Location, location, location!

Did I mention the location is perfect! This is a cozy home that sits in a quiet area tucked back off a bustling beachside road. Close to putt putt, parks, beach, groceries, restaurants and Starbucks lol. Home has everything you need. (Even my belt that I left accidentally) I did have some trouble with changing lock to personal code but that was probably my own issues. I did not use the pool since it rained quite a bit but the home is so sound proof that without seeing the lightning I would not have known it was storming. I would def come back and recommend it to friends and family.

Just What We Needed!

Dee's condo was perfect for our family of 4! The location is fabulous, in terms of location on the island and location within the condo community. It's close to the pool, right across from the beach access trail, and on the 1st floor (no lugging stuff up and down steps!). It's an easy walk to the beach, but we soon discovered you can park directly on the beach if you have 4WD/AWD. What a treat! We wound up leaving our beach gear in the car and driving over most days. There are some restaurants, ice cream, and mini golf in walking distance. If you want to rent bikes or beach gear, The Beach Store & More is in walking distance and has everything you need. Downtown is a short drive away and parking was plentiful. The condo is stocked with lots of extras (toiletries, cleaning supplies, hair dryer, etc.) and plenty of towels. It was great having a full-sized washer and dryer! I also loved how small the complex is. The pool was never crowded and we never heard a peep from the neighbors. Just the relaxing and easy vacation we've been needing! I would highly recommend Dee's condo and hope to return.

Great Stay!

This property was really clean and comfortable. It was like staying at a friends house. Can't recommend it enough! Close to the beach and downtown. Also, very close to groceries and other places to eat.
