The entire lower level of this home is a gem and located within walking distance from two beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and popular local attractions! This home boasts a great enclosed backyard with a shared heated outdoor pool, beach loungers, a comfortable seating area by the pool, a firepit with four chairs, a gas grill, an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand or chlorine, and even a hammock! Inside this air-conditioned home, you will find an inviting living room with a Smart TV with streaming services available, a cozy four-person dining table, a small kitchenette with a full-size fridge to store all of your goodies, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker for coffee enthusiasts. Planning on working from home during your stay? We have free high-speed WiFi and Internet available, plus a comfortable desk! With two bedrooms (one of them with a flatscreen TV) and a full bathroom with a standalone shower, this coastal gem is ready to be your next home away from home!

Beach house

Beach house was beautiful with a large fenced in yard and pool (4ft maybe - deep for little ones). Easy walk to beach. Very clean. The only con for us was there was no oven (there was a hot plate) or washer / dryer, but we found a laundromat mat nearby. Close to grocery and restaurants.

Shower was small, TV was very difficult to use. Better TV is a must !!!! No fan in bath room. No number on apt. when there are three apts.

Nice place nice area Don’t pay to heat pool not worth it.

VRBO dropped the ball when we requested pool be heated 3 days in advance. Pool pump only ran daily from 8 to 4 not 12 hours as advertised. So heat was only on during day from 8 to 4. Pool temp would drop at night and it would take the 8 hours to make very little gains in temp. Finally got up to temp when weather got warmer at night and we were leaving.

Location & Pool Great. House Lacking. Customer Service Terrible.

The location of the house and pool were great, and we enjoyed our stay from that aspect. The backyard area with the hoop was nice. Several of the outdoor furniture pieces were broken and others were quite worn, but there was enough provided that it wasn't an issue. Unfortunately, the unit itself appeared to have been cleared of basics before we arrived. There were no towels, tissues, paper towels, etc in the house. After reaching out four times to customer service and being told that the local staff would call us, we ended up having to buy towels to get by for the remaining time. With three young kids with us, this was very frustrating, as towels are a necessity and not something we wanted to spend our limited time trying to get from the management company. It is also strange to provide a Keurig pot and K-cup organizer, but no coffee. Be aware that very limited cooking options are available. There were no pots and limited dishes. The microwave was also filthy dirty with butter or oil caked on it, and the water throughout the unit was yellow colored and tasted strange.

Pool is great, unit is not. The bedspreads, bed pillows were visibly stained/dirty, green mold/fungus growing around the bathroom faucet, the air vent was thick with dust, very stained curtains,a wad of hair on the floor. The bthrm smells bad, prob b/c it was built on a raised foundation from the rest of the unit as a remodel. The water smells and looks brown (toilets, sink, etc). The tile floors become extremely slick if a child for example runs in from the pool to use the bathroom. No area rugs. Certain things just didn't make sense: keurig coffee maker but no coffee provided, a hot plate that had no directions, no cutting board, a grill in the backyard that is very old with buttons falling off. Oddly you have to remember a 11 digit code to unlock door, to come in and out of the beach. There is no welcome book or info about places to go, or how to get the grill to work, no check out procedure or anything of the sort. The pool man came while we were in the pool, a lawn guy came and asked if I had questions like I lived there. Things like that should be called out - trash day, pool maintenance, etc. I was charged extremely hefty "hosting fees" that perhaps leads to my poor review. They use another app to receive any communication which was a pain, when I needed help the "email us" was undeliverable. Overall the stay was just very very strange. I would not recommend this place to a friend or family member. The other side of St. Augustine is a better location.

Additionally, blankets and other items are washed on a regular basis and the curtains have been removed and washed as well. Our local manager assured us that they have shared your comments with the housekeeping manager to make sure that all of your concerns have been addressed.
