Forrest, spacious home, centrally located
This house is located in the central suburb of Forrest - one of Canberra’s oldest and most sought-after suburbs. Forrest is known for its tree lined streetscape and its close proximity to Parliament House and the city. The large private block with circular driveway means there is plenty of off-street parking available. A large maintained pool and the garden are perfect for enjoying the warmer months of the year. The house has large bedrooms and living spaces for the guests to enjoy.
The House & Guesthouse
The Forrest House has plenty of room with 5 bedrooms – 4 located within the house and the 5th (available on request) located in a separate guesthouse overlooking the pool. Two bedrooms have ensuites with a 3rd ensuite located in the guesthouse. A 4th bathroom services the rest of the house.
The house is equipped with a modern kitchen, large dining room and a dining table comfortably seating 12.
The guesthouse (off the pool) has its own ensuite and kitchenette and includes a queen bed and sofa bed. Please note the guesthouse is not available to guests unless specifically requested and an additional charge applies. The pool house is not suitable for non-swimmers and small children due to its location.
Feel free to use the large six burner BBQ and outdoor setting on the patio overlooking the pool and garden.
