PERFECT! Between the cleanliness, the view and the location, it’s actual paradise in Moab. I could not recommend this place enough! Plus bringing our dog made it our top pick!

Beautiful new spot up by Sand Flats with a lovely view of Mill Creek and the La Sals. The house has wonderful windows and indoor/outdoor space. Our stay was very quiet, with direct access to the amazing Moab desert playground.

Very comfortable house and convenient location for visiting state and national parks near Moab. Grocery store and restaurants on the way to and from parks to house made meals easy. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Great views to unwind after a day of exploring. Check-in and out was easy, which was the only communication with the property manager as everything went smoothly with our stay.Note there was some daytime construction going on behind the property, but didn’t affect us as our days were full of off site activities.Would definitely return/recommend to others.

We rented both of these homes for 3 nights for my 40th birthday family adventure. The location is incredible right next to Hells Revenge - you can sit out back / front all day and watch people UTVing. The homes are literally brand new they feel totally unused but have just enough character and amenities not to feel to sterile. Very comfortable beds and high end kitchen appliances. Loved the welcome snacks and coffee beans. The rental team was super responsive and helpful in working through some extra requests. Plentiful amount of towels and toiletries. Loved being able to use the hot tubs - kids loved them. The neighborhood is very quiet - still being built out but it felt like most of the homes were empty. We didn't attempt or navigate any of the trails around the neighborhood but saw some people walking. A bit of a splurge but highly recommend for a luxury experience in Moab!
