The home has energy-saving door sensors connected to the thermostat. Please keep exterior doors and windows closed while the A/C is running. The sensors only detect whether a door is open or closed—they are not cameras or recording devices.

Please note: To help ensure a smooth and secure check-in, the primary guest is required to complete and sign our digital rental agreement before arrival. A valid government-issued photo ID and a verification selfie will also be required to confirm the identity of the booking guest.

All verification must be completed electronically prior to check-in and cannot be completed upon arrival. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
