Modern Luxe King Suite in Heart of San Jose

Unwind in a private king suite with a spa-like bathroom, a kitchenette, a dedicated workspace and gigabit fiber Wi-Fi 6 (>1 Gbps). Centrally set in Silicon Valley with fast access to I-280, Hwy 87 and 101. Diridon/Caltrain, SJC, the Convention Center, SAP Center, SJSU and downtown San Jose are about 10 minutes away.

The space
This is a private suite within a larger home, with its own front entrance (Suite 1). It has a king memory-foam bed with bamboo pillows, a fully stocked kitchenette, mid-century modern furnishings, a spa-like bathroom, a 65" smart TV and a dedicated workspace. The suite is professionally cleaned before each stay and stocked with fresh linens and toiletries.

Heat and AC: The suite does not have its own thermostat. Heat and AC run on a central system shared with the rest of the house, and we set it remotely between 68°F and 74°F. Just message us anytime and we'll adjust it within that range.

Shared spaces: Other guests stay in separate units on the property. The laundry room is shared; please avoid 11 AM to 3 PM (housekeeping window). The backyard and patio are common areas of the property and are not part of your rental.

Parking: Street parking only; please don't use the driveway. Parking near the house usually gets tight around 6 PM. If you have any trouble finding a spot, message us and we'll help.

Self check-in with a smart lock. Your unique door code and full instructions arrive by message before your stay. If you expect a very late arrival, please let us know in advance.

The property has video surveillance covering the outside perimeter of the house. Please list the correct number of guests on your reservation and let us know through Vrbo if that changes.

Other things to note
We're about 10 minutes from SJC, so you may occasionally hear a plane with the windows open.

The apartment was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and felt so much warmer and more welcoming than wrapping up a long day in a sterile, cold hotel room. It truly had that cozy, home-like vibe that made relaxing after work a pleasure.The only real drawback was the parking situation, which required some hunting around on the street—but it wasn't as big of an issue as I thought it was gonna be.Aside from that, the unit was fantastic overall, and its location put me right near several charming little neighborhood nooks—think cute local spots, shops, and eateries that gave the area a lovely, inviting feel.I'd happily stay here again!
