Great location! The house is really spacious with the extra family room downstairs. Lots of games and puzzles to keep the family busy and the kitchen had all the pans, etc we needed.

We had an excellent stay. The communication was wonderful. The host was friendly and checked in daily via text to see if we had everything we needed. Everything was clean and beautiful.

Great place to stay for a weekend getaway! We loved the hot tub, it was very private. Great movie selection in the den too. Would rent again!

The house was perfect, exactly what we expected. Communication with the host was great. We were not able to use the bikes, they need some work. But we enjoy walking so it was not a problem for us.we would definitely stay at this property again.

The Lark 4 was amazing and very comfortable we enjoyed the hot tub out on the deck while it was snowing outside. Host was very friendly and checked on us to make sure that we’re good and didn’t anything. It was a great experience will definitely come back again. We went late Dec stayed 2 nights.

This house has everything! The hot tub was clean and a perfect temp! It was clean and comfortable with extra bedding and beds if needed! There were so many games to choose from, movies and even books! I would 100% recommend this home to anyone who asks where to stay in Bend/Sunriver area. I love that although we did have neighbors the homes were a good distance apart from each other. The managers of the home also were attentive and made sure I had everything necessary for my stay!
