Welcome to Mariner Lakes 25, a charming 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome offering 1,132 sq. ft. of comfort and sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests. Perfect for a small family or a group of friends, this cozy retreat puts you right in the heart of Orange Beach, AL.
The main level features an open-concept living area with plenty of space to relax, a convenient half bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Step out onto the private screened-in deck to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with an evening glass of wine. Flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer provide extra comfort and convenience during your stay.
Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom—providing privacy and ease for everyone.
When it's time for the beach, simply take the short walk using the push-to-walk crosswalk for safe and easy access. You'll also be within walking distance of shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and local attractions.
Mariner Lakes complex offers excellent community amenities, including an outdoor pool, tennis court, basketball court, fishing pier, shaded gazebo, and gated entry—along with deeded beach access.

- Guest Bedroom 1: Two full beds + private bathroom access

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.
• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.
• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.
