Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had one last get away before school started and this was the perfect location. Condo was awesome, easy access, good parking and nice accommodations. Only suggestion would be possible curtains or black out shades on master bedroom as the social circle is always lit and it makes for a bright room. However, I would totally stay there again!

The location was perfect for our family since it was so close to the lawn with movie and the snack truck. This was our first time at Cinnamon Shore and we will be back. Two notes - they do not provide any standard neccessities that we are used to having at rental homes (no coffee, foil, olive oil, standard spices) AND there was not a grill liked described in the listing.

Reviewer Comments: Ok but with issues throughout ... limited parking and people were in 304 ten town center spots. Also the keyless code NEVER worked. The lock was even replaced and the new one didn’t work either. It was huge inconvenience as a key was always required to get in!

The unit is close to the elevator, but there was not a lot of noise. We liked the U-shaped kitchen and extra benches to drop bags, coolers, etc on when coming in. A plus is both bathrooms have large showers - no tub walls to deal with for older guests! Nice storage throughout for clothes and misc items of our own. A few things we would have liked is additional kitchen towels and dishwasher pods and additional bathroom hand towels (only one in each). Lots of light comes in the master window at night - could use a blackout curtain. One could do without the excessive decorative pillows that we had to cram in the top of the closets during our stay. Overall a nice place to stay! Management was great to mail an important item we left behind!

We had accidentally left a child’s item. They look for it, found it, and mailed it to us. That speaks to how personal they are. We cannot recommend this place enough.

The main room with the kitchen dining and living area is a lot bigger than what it looks like in pictures! Also I saw a review stating to bring your own beach towels which I’d agree with but there were plenty of bath towels for showers for a fam of 6 plus you can always use the washer and dryer if needed. Overall the rooms were comfortable and everything was great.

Probably our last visit to Cinnamon Shores....

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was very nice; however, for the price, the beach trash was horrendous. I have stayed at resorts of a similar price point with pristine beaches that are cleaned up prior to chairs being setup. My children could not even build sandcastles due to huge piles of actual trash on the beach and seaweed that could have been cleaned up. I've stayed at resorts of a similar price point and with the resources available they have an actual beach rake machine that is used daily to clean up trash, seaweed and debris and I think that perhaps Cinnamon Shores should invest. Their pool was also very, very dirty. I also attempted to work out in the gym, but it was overrun by adolescent boys playing on gym equipment - perhaps a better system should be put in place.

Roaches, and at $450 a Night! That's My Memory!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stay at Cinnamon Shore for a week every Thanksgiving. We have stayed at this property on more than one occasion. Most recently, we were extremely disappointed in Breez-In. We woke up Thanksgiving morning to discover a still squirming roach on the kitchen floor. That's unhygienic and suggests the community is cutting corners on pest control. When I complained to the management desk, all I got was a shrug of the shoulders and the (obvious) observation that Port Aransas is semi-tropical. Second, under the bathroom sink I found two opened gallon cans of paint. Storing paint in a habitation is an egregious fire code violation because it is unsafe and dangerous for small children. I pointed this to the management desk; they said they would look into it. Third, when we decided to go down to the beach, we discovered there were no beach towels. The management desk again shrugged and said beach towels were not on the minimum requirements list for homeowners, and what could they do? What can they do for $450/night (actual rate) and a slew of junk fees such as the "non-refundable security deposit"? I think far better than "minimum requirements". We were very disappointed not only in Breez-In but in the management of Cinnamon Shore. There are other developments out there that care about their guests; we'll go elsewhere next year. I advise readers to go elsewhere and feel appreciated.

The shower floors look like they needed to be cleaned and the coffee machine didn’t work very well. The lights from outside made it a little difficult to sleep. Some room darkening curtains would be helpful. Otherwise we hope to come back soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had some customer service issues with the staff. Upon check-in, one unit did not have any hand towels. When we asked about it, we were asked if we were "Sure" and if we looked everywhere, then they said they would review the pictures that housekeeping sends them before a guest checks in- and if that tracked, they would get us hand towels. We felt like they were accusing us of stealing the hand towels. Our room was also not ready at 4pm, and we were not even offered an apology, just the excuse that they "were backed up". Any time I texted the office, I never got a reply back so I was unsure if they got my messages. I had to call to request a 2nd set of keys since the keypad did not work on the one had responded to our work order for almost 8 hours for this issue, and I was told that I could "come and pick up the key from the front office" instead of someone offering to bring it to us. We were a family with young kids and no golf cart to use at the time, so this was difficult. The property is beautiful as always, it's just that the service was lacking this time. We may consider other options next year.

Customer service was sub par.

Two of us stayed in 10304 and my daughter and her family stayed in 10302. Huge difference in the comfort between the two. 10304 has the older sofa, cushion on bench is of no use (very thin). The wicker chairs with very thin cushion of no comfort. The styrofoam “bean bags” are not even if use for foot stool without putting two pillows on them. The spare bed is hard as a rock with tear in the bedspread. Water pressure and hot water have both been turned back to conserve, key didn’t work.Unit 10302 was amazing and that’s where our group visiting was held. Dishes were easy to clean up with hot water and water pressure. Sofa comfy, bench at table comfy, coffee table usable. Tub able to fill for baby with adequate water pressure. In summary, we’ll be back but as a courtesy, unit 10304 owners need to step it up to better reflect what the condos and community has to offer.Would recommend 10302 for sure to a friend and even did to a guest in nearby condo. I would stay in 10304 and recommend to a friend if they stepped up the comfort to the level of 10302 and other properties in Cinnamon Shore.Thank you and wishes for continued success!
